6. Turn the ServeRAID-8k adapter 1 so that the ServeRAID-8k adapter keys

align correctly with the connector2.

Attention: Incomplete insertion might cause damage to the system board or

the ServeRAID-8k adapter.

7. Press the ServeRAID-8k adapter firmly into the connector.

8. Slide the battery pack mounting tabs into the battery pack mounting clips on

the chassis wall.

9. Plug the battery pack cable into the battery cable connector on the

ServeRAID-8k adapter.
