1.TouchandholdtheFavoriteAppsiconfromthesystembartoopentheAddorRemoveapplications
screen.TheFavoriteAppsutilitypanelisdisplayedatthebottomofthescreenandthepreinstalled
applicationslibraryisdisplayedatthetop.
2.ScrollthroughtheapplicationsanddragthedesiredapplicationicontoanopenslotintheFavoriteApps
utilitypanel.Theapplicationisadded.
ToremoveanapplicationfromtheFavoriteAppsutility,dothefollowing:
1.TouchandholdtheFavoriteAppsiconfromthesystembartoopentheAddorRemoveapplications
screen.
2.DragthedesiredapplicationlaunchpointfromtheFavoriteAppsutilitypaneltotheapplicationslibrary.
Theapplicationslotontheutilityisnowempty.
Managingrecentlylaunchedapplications
Ifyouhavelaunchedseveralapplicationsandwanttoswitchbetweenthem,usetheRecentAppsapplication.
TolaunchRecentApps,touchtheRecentAppsiconfromthesystembar.Apanelopensdisplaying
recentlylaunchedapplications.Scrollthroughtheapplicationsandtouchanapplicationtoswitchtoit.
YoualsocanuseRecentAppstocloseanapplicationbytouchingtheredXinthetoprightcornerof
thelistedapplication.
Toviewallapplicationsthatarerunning,dothefollowing:
1.FromthemainHomescreen,touchtheAndroidSettingsicononLenovoLaunchZone,ortouchthe
applicationsicon
fromtheactionbarandthentouchSettings.TheAndroidSettingsscreenopens.
2.TouchApplications➙Runningservices.Alistofrunningapplicationsisdisplayed.
Tocloseanapplicationfromtherunningservicesview,dothefollowing:
1.TouchtheapplicationyouwanttocloseandthentouchStop.
2.TouchOKtoconrmtheaction.
Sharingyourmobiledataconnection
Youcanshareyourtablet’smobiledataconnectionwithasinglecomputerthroughUSBtetheringorthrough
Bluetoothtethering.Youalsocanshareyourtablet’sdataconnectionwithmultipledevicesatthesametime
bysettingyourtabletasaportableWi-Fihotspot.
Note:Thetetheringandhotspotfunctionsmightnotbesupportedbyallcarriers.
Toshareyourtablet’smobiledataconnectionthroughUSB:
1.UsethesuppliedUSBcabletoconnectyourtablettoyourcomputer.
2.FromthemainHomescreen,touchtheAndroidSettingsicononLenovoLaunchZone,ortouchthe
applicationsiconfromtheactionbarandthentouchSettings.TheAndroidSettingsscreenopens.
3.TouchWireless&networks➙Tethering&portablehotspot➙USBtethering.
